Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
info@skofjord.com., providing your order number and the reason for the return.
We will then send you the instructions to follow.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and automatically credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, attaching photos of the product in question.
Depending on the situation, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
